Ben ordered his wife's cake for her 35th Birthday, how romantic! She is
a milk chocolate fan so I created a delightful twist to the chocolate
lovers. This is a chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse filling,
chocolate buttercream to encase, and a covering of milk chocolate
ganache. I was pleased to make this cake for a sweet new mom. A
wonderful treat my husband didn't even want to leave the house!
