Catherine's Wedding Cupcakes! October 13th, 2012

Catherine chose carrot cake cupcakes with an orange cream cheese frosting decorated with an orange rose for half of her guests.  The other half would enjoy a white cake with orange cream cheese frosting with a burgundy rose to blend in nicely with her wedding colors and fall decor.

Candace's Bachelorette Lingerie Party July 28th, 2012

This peacock inspired cake was a fun and beautiful way to finish up the month!  A marbled cake with a raspberry bavarian filling.  Vanilla buttercream to ice and the lingerie is made out of gum paste, royal icing and was airbrushed.  The gum paste is hardened, a good keepsake if one so chooses. 

Vera's 35th Birthday! July 16th, 2012.

Ben ordered his wife's cake for her 35th Birthday, how romantic!  She is a milk chocolate fan so I created a delightful twist to the chocolate lovers.  This is a chocolate cake with milk chocolate mousse filling, chocolate buttercream to encase, and a covering of milk chocolate ganache.  I was pleased to make this cake for a sweet new mom.  A wonderful treat my husband didn't even want to leave the house!

Vera's Mom's 60th Birthday! June 26, 2012

Vera was thoughtful for her mom's 60th and ordered an 8" Red Velvet with 'not too sweet frosting'.  The writing is in Czech.  Cake composition:  Red velvet cake, strawberries, whipped cream, red velvet cake, chocolate buttercream, strawberries, whipped cream, red velvet cake, strawberries, and whipped cream.  Encased in vanilla buttercream.

 Brittany's wedding was peacock themed and provided the top piece as well as the gorgeous teal ribbon.

Cat's Grandpa's Birthday, April 2012!

Cat ordered a cake for her grandfather's birthday.  A chocolate lover's cake made with chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream, and chocolate ganche.  This was a fun, rich cake to make for a great friend.
