Brittany Eddings' Wedding Cake June 23, 2012

 Brittany's wedding was peacock themed and provided the top piece as well as the gorgeous teal ribbon.


 The filling for the bottom two tiers is a strawberry buttercream with chocolate cake as shown.  The top tier was red velvet - her groom's choice.

 Iced red velvet with single dots.  Interior filling vanilla buttercream.





 The bottom two tiers were decorated identical with a piped scallop, scroll, fleur de lis, as well as a diamond dot pattern.  White on white, a very classical and elegant look.

  1. Loved it! I love chocolate and strawberries together so it was perfect. The icing or filling wasn't too sweet, it was just the right amount. Days later, still getting compliments on the cake. The cake was delicious, everyone loved it.
