Megan's Baby Shower 2014
Andrea ordered a cake for her friend Megan who is expecting a baby girl. The mother's requested no pink for the shower, so the colors were decided to be purple and yellow. Other desserts that were also served were pies and cookies, not provided by me. This cake is a traditional white cake with vanilla buttercream, a raspberry mousse filling and pressed against the outside are toasted sliced almonds.

Stefanie made a gorgeous cake for my friend's baby shower. We talked about how many people would be there and what else was on the menu in order to decide on flavors for the cake. As people came in to the function hall, they all commented immediately on how beautiful the cake was. Every one went over to take a picture, and they were really amazed by the tiny booties with bow-ties that Stefanie made with icing. The cake went perfectly with the look of the party, and everyone was really dazzled by it. There was absolutely nothing left of the cake at the end of the party- it was completely eaten up! People commented on how fantastic it tasted. The raspberry filling got rave reviews. I'm so glad I had Stefanie make this cake- it was perfect for our party! Yum.
